I never knew the story of Kronos, the Greek god, until watching the Skeleton Crew's "Paleontologists rank KRONOSAURUS in Jurassic World: Evolution 2" YouTube video last week, and the connection between the animal and the god. The idea of Kronos eating his own children is diabolical, and I wanted to capture that in this illustration. It's a clear reference to the painting of Kronos by Peter Paul Rubens back in 1636.

Been meaning to branch outside of dinosaurs for a while and thought this was a cool idea. Cheers, Scott & Alex.
